EU foreign ministers met in Brussels yesterday with their Ukrainian counterpart Dmytro Kuleba while concerns grow that a Russian ‘false flag’ could be used to justify an attack on Ukraine. 

The German Commission for Authorization and Supervision ZAK banned all distribution of RT (formerly Russia Today)’s German language channel.

During plenary last Wednesday, MEPs voted on the Digital Services Act. They rejected Amendment 511, which would have created a de facto exemption for ‘media’ from content moderation.
