DIGINEXUS aims to empower law enforcement agencies to detect, understand and disrupt the digital infrastructures that enable organised crime and hybrid threats. It does so by:
- Mapping the digital infrastructures used in organised crime;
- Building a shared framework for analysis;
- Setting up unified ways to disrupt criminal infrastructure;
- Training law enforcement with practical tools.
DIGINEXUS delivers three concrete outputs: a consolidated evidence base characterising the infrastructure market, its actors and business models; a governed dashboard and toolkit integrating proven investigative capabilities; and a practical disruption framework that converts investigative insights into coordinated operational and regulatory action across borders. Together, these outputs enable law enforcement agencies to act faster, cooperate securely across borders, and turn intelligence into sustained, market-level disruption of crime-as-a-digital-service supply chains.
