We do not collect your personal information from our site unless:

How do we protect personal information?

We take data protection and privacy very seriously. We maintain organisational, technical, and physical protection systems to protect your personal information against accidental, unlawful, or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure, and use. Since the submission of information on the Internet is never entirely secure, we cannot guarantee the security of the information you submit over the Internet, and such submission of information is done at your own risk.

Retention of personal data

We keep personal data for a maximum of 36 months. Beyond this period, we archive them in an exclusion database by performing an intermediate archiving. This archiving is intended to justify our treatment in the event of litigation.

CVs are not kept beyond 6 months.

Location of hosted data

Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your country, and in some cases, may not be as protective.

More precisely:

  • Our website hosted by Qurium. Their servers are located in Europe and you can consul their privacy policy here.
  • Our email and storage servers are managed by Google. The location of the servers can be found here and consult their privacy policy here.
  • Our newsletter servers are hosted in the United States by MailChimp. Check out their privacy policy here.
  • Our online events are hosted over Zoom and Cisco Webex Meetings. Zoom’s privacy policy is available here. Cisco’s privacy policy is available here.

Your rights

Depending on the laws and regulations applicable to your jurisdiction, you may have the right:

  • to access certain personal information that we keep about you and obtain a copy;
  • to update or correct the inaccuracy of this information;
  • to challenge the use we make of your personal information;
  • block or delete your personal information from our database;
  • oppose the processing of your personal information;
  • to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information;

  • to request the transferability of your personal information.
  • For users in France only, you can set guidelines on the fate of your personal data after your death.

Similarly, if we have collected and processed your personal information with your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
