Security and Review
For security reasons, all requests to attend the conference will be reviewed. Priority access will be given to people working in the disinformation field and providing adequate information about their position and organisation.
If your request is accepted, you will receive an email inviting you to complete your registration and transfer your participation fee.
Participation fee
A participation fee is required to attend #Disinfo2026. The participation fee gives access to the plenary sessions and parallel tracks, and to enjoy the catering and networking with our community during the four coffee breaks and two lunches.
The level of participation fee is based on your sector, as listed in the table below.
The Early Bird rate will be applied until 1 June, regardless of the date when you first submitted your request. The regular rate will be applied from 2 June.
Examples:
● You send your request on 25 May and complete your payment on 1 June: the early Bird rate applies.
● You send your request on 31 May but complete your payment on 2 June: the regular fee applies.
Late fee: Please note that registration requests from 23 September will be subject to availability. If accepted, these tickets will be subject to a total late fee of 230€ + VAT for NGOs and civil society, academic researchers, fact-checkers, and independent journalists, and 390€ + VAT for government officials and corporates. We apply this fee due to the extra resources required for late registrations.

| NGOs & CSOs, academics, fact-checkers, and independent journalists | 150€ + VAT | 180€ + VAT | 230€ + VAT |
